Abstract
Dataverse and Work IQ together give an AI agent a working picture of how your business runs, based on the data and processes already sitting in Dataverse. This lab puts coding agents to work on four jobs.
On the admin side you will provision environments, security roles and a Dataverse data model. On the pro dev side you will write codeful plug-ins and use the developer tooling to extend business logic and manage solution assets. For analytics you will query and analyse your business data. And you will build agents in Copilot Studio that use Work IQ across your business applications.
The last part is the interesting one: tuning search, semantic models and business skills, then watching the answers get better in M365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork and whatever agents your users build for themselves.
