Abstract
Copilot Studio makes building an agent about as hard as it should be, which is to say not very. Daniel and Albert-Jan build one on stage: topics first, then the orchestration that decides what happens when, the knowledge it answers from, custom reasoning models, and actions so it can do something rather than only talk. Mostly demos.
