Building Declarative Agents

Abstract

A declarative agent is about the quickest way to get an idea running inside Microsoft 365 Copilot. You describe what it knows, what it can reach and how it should behave, and Copilot does the rest. This session builds one from scratch, wires it to real knowledge and actions, and then spends time on the manifest, because that is where an agent stops giving vague answers and starts giving useful ones.
